Effective design.
My design philosophy is simple - know what you need to accomplish before you begin. When you know the objective - of the website, the ad, the logo - you make informed decisions that are based on more than looks. Every element that is added only serves the intial objective. Filler and fluff is eliminated. Clarity and simplicity remains. This is effective design.
